Welcome to Aemi-Dulo. These Terms & Conditions govern the rules for using our mobile application and related services ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. License and Access

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use Aemi-Dulo for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, copy, or reverse-engineer the App's underlying software.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the App, including its branding, design, logos, and code, belongs exclusively to Aemi-Dulo. Using the App does not grant you ownership of any of our proprietary assets.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you generate or share using the App. You agree that you will not use Aemi-Dulo to create or distribute materials that:

• Are illegal, infringing, or violate the privacy of others.
• Involve harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
• Are fraudulent or designed to deceive.
• Contain malware, viruses, or spam mechanisms.

We reserve the right to remove any violating content and ban users at our discretion. For appeals, you may contact our support team.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Aemi-Dulo utilizes third-party integrations to enhance functionality. These services have their own terms of use, which you can review here:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook
• Adjust

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you fail to comply with these terms. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aemi-Dulo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or revenue. In any case, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding your claim.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aemi-Dulo, its staff, and partners from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, excluding any conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence will still apply.

9. EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

If the App falls under the scope of the EU Digital Services Act:

• Moderation Transparency: We will communicate the reasons for any content restrictions or removals.
• Dispute Resolution: Users may escalate unresolved moderation disputes to certified out-of-court bodies.
